Dr. Lois A. Jordan, P.E. Lecturer, Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Kennesaw State University will present on Industrial Engineering Tools For Other Engineers Dr. Jordan will give an overview of the 7 Basic Quality Tools for Process Improvement. This set of key techniques, including the fishbone diagram and others, are very useful during problem solving. She will demonstrate the application of each tool by walking the attendees through a problem scenario.
