About Bill Womack and Cyril Okhio

Bill Womack is an electrical engineer who has previously served on the Georgia State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (PELS). He offers practical insight into the expectations of licensed engineers and the ethical responsibilities that guide professional practice.

Cyril Okhio is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering whose work spans teaching, research, and professional practice. His background includes a focus on engineering decision-making, professional responsibility, and the ethical dimensions of technical work. Dr. Okhio brings an academic and applied perspective to the discussion of engineering ethics.
